1. Right of withdrawal

At Sneakers Online , we want your shopping experience to be completely satisfactory.
If for any reason you wish to return a product, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal , in accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) .

During that period you can return the product without needing to justify the reason, as long as it meets the conditions detailed below.

2. How to request a refund or cancellation

In your message, please include your order number , full name , and the reason for the return (optional).
Our team will reply with detailed instructions for collecting or shipping the product.

3. Conditions for accepting a return

  • The item must be unused , in perfect condition and in its original packaging , including the box, labels and accessories.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, handled, or show signs of wear.

  • In case of return due to defect or shipping error, the shipping costs will be borne by Sneakers Online.

  • In any other case, the costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the purchase .
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days from the date we receive the item at our warehouse, although it is usually processed sooner.

5. Order cancellations before shipment

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped , you may do so within the first 24 hours after purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed.
After this time, the order can only be canceled once the product has been received, in accordance with this returns policy.

6. Management expenses and commissions

In accordance with current regulations, the company may apply an administrative fee of up to 5% of the total purchase amount or €25 (whichever is less), intended to cover processing and bank management costs.
For card payments, any fees charged by the issuing bank may also be deducted.

7. Return address

Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team in the confirmation email.
Packages sent cash on delivery or without prior notification will not be accepted.
